Here is the report of day eight of K9, our 2009 expedition to Kandersteg, Switzerland.
K9: Day Eight
Our last full day in Kandersteg. The Scouts headed to the river Aare for their rafting trip to Berne. We don'thave any pictures but plenty of memories - a great last activity on out last full day on site.
The Explorers went across the road to the Kandersteg high ropes course - a morning spent high in the tree tops swinging from tree to tree.
The evening was filled with the International Campfire - a time for everyone on site to gather and socialise int he way Scouts know best singing around a blazing fire.
